Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Famous People & Co LLC, operating the InstantPro app ("InstantPro", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
The Service uses artificial intelligence: certain suggestions and content in the app may be AI-generated (powered by Google Gemini). AI features are described where they appear, and the details we send to the AI provider are listed under "Service providers" below.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address, name, phone number, date of birth, and (optionally) your Instagram handle, provided when you create an account or complete your profile.
- Location — with your permission, your device location is used to show events and photo shoots happening near you and to direct your photographer to the right spot. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings.
- Bookings and photos — details of the shoots you book and the photos delivered to you through the Service. If you use the photo retrieval feature, this also includes the reference photo you upload and the Instagram handle you provide so your photographer can identify you.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we keep a payment reference so we can manage your bookings, tips, and refunds.
- Notifications — a device token so we can send you push notifications about your bookings.
- Usage and device data — app activity and basic device information, including session analytics, used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your bookings.
- To process payments, tips, and refunds.
- To send transactional emails and push notifications about your account and bookings.
- To show nearby events and relevant content.
- To improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and keep the Service secure.
Service providers we share data with
We share information only as needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:
- Clerk — account sign-in and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- PostHog — product analytics and session insights.
- Ticketmaster — public event listings near you.
- Google (Gemini) — AI-generated suggestions. When an AI feature is used, we send only the booking context involved (such as the shoot location, occasion, and package name) — never your name, contact details, or photos.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, payment and tax records, which our payment processor retains as required).
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the app. Deleting your account removes your profile, bookings, and photos from our systems and removes your sign-in identity so the email can no longer be used to sign in. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@rodeodrivepaparazzi.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@rodeodrivepaparazzi.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect (described above), to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
